Our toilet scrub is good for cleaning more than toilets.

Our unique non-toxic toilet scrub solution combines the natural abrasive power of black walnut shells with the cleaning and deodorizing power of baking soda. Black walnut shell powder and baking soda are the only two ingredients in our scrub. Black walnut shells are renewable, biodegradable and come from a native North American tree. Black walnut shell fragments are irregularly shaped with sharp edges and have been long used to blast clean and polish soft metals and fiberglass. This natural abrasive power can now be applied for home cleaning purposes.

To use, sprinkle a tablespoon or two of Walnut Sparkle directly on damp porcelain interior bowl surfaces or on a sponge or rag and scrub the inside of the bowl. Then flush. Repeat if necessary. Tried a couple rounds of Walnut Sparkle and have some stubborn remaining discoloration? Don't worry! If you have hard water, the remaining discoloration / deposits are probably related to minerals in your water supply. Follow the Walnut Sparkle scrub with a vinegar spray and let that spray sit for awhile before one more round of Walnut Sparkle. If those stains / deposits were years in the making, it may take a couple rounds of Walnut Sparkle scrubbing / vinegar spray to see impact. If your bowl is prone to this kind of staining, then to maintain the achieved level of clean going forward, add a post-flush spritz of vinegar to your Walnut Sparkle toilet cleaning routine.

Expect a different cleaning experience with Walnut Sparkle. Black walnut shells are brown, making it easy see what areas are being scrubbed and what areas are being missed. Walnut Sparkle won't stick to the sides of a toilet bowl and smoothly rinses with a simple flush. Walnut Sparkle will not scratch a porcelain toilet bowl and is septic safe. Also, this product works great for jobs like scrubbing sticker or residue off of glass surfaces or burned bits of food stuck on stainless steel cookware.
